SIMPLE SAMPLE PREPARATION

Load and start
Position the reagent cuvette, elution cuvette and magnetic rod correctly. Select the appropriate program on the touchscreen.
Automated extraction
The system performs lysis and binding, washing and elution. A run takes approximately 8-13 minutes, depending on the reagent.
Collect DNA / RNA
Remove the elution cuvette and prepare the downstream PCR reaction according to the selected assay instructions.

MTQ036V Veterinary Nucleic Acid Extraction Reagent
Magnetic-bead extraction using the instrument's Animal program. The TM-36 kit format provides 36 tests per kit.
Listed sample types: animal whole blood, serum, plasma, saliva, nasal fluid, oral and nasal swabs, environmental gauze, fecal swabs, animal tissues and feed particles.
